Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentReady ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentReady provides web content conversion and analysis tools via API and web dashboard, including Markdown conversion, sitemap generation, LLMO auditing, structured data validation, robots.txt analysis, and image proxy services.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per API request according to the published rates. Unused credits in monthly plans do not roll over. Purchased add-on credits do not expire. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.

5. Fair Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Scrape or collect personal information without consent
  • Overload or interfere with the Service infrastructure
  • Resell API access without written authorization
  • Bypass rate limits or usage restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AgentReady and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you process through the Service.

7. Service Level

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

AgentReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid plans for first-time subscribers.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
